Ballerina-La Tida's 1st Anniversary Logo Design Competition


Design a new Logo for Ballerina-La Tida and Win Fantastic Cash Rewards!

Ballerina-La Tida is a newly registered Trademark of
Jane's Secrets and being its first Anniversary, we are glad to
invite entries to design a Logo for our new and exciting
Ballerina Gifts, Ladies' Fashion and Novelties Store.



Entries will be judged by our own panel of judges and prizes will be given for the final three selected entries. The selected
best entries will be given prizes as follows:

Top prize for selected logo design - SGD500.00 cash
First merit prize - SGD200.00 cash
Second merit prize - SGD100.00 cash


Rules and Regulations


The competition is open to all citizens and residents of Singapore.

You can send any number of entries but each entry must include an Entry Form. (You may print the Entry form out
from this page)

Each entry should preferably be mounted on a board not exceeding A3 size. Only 2-D flat work will be
accepted.

All entries must be submitted by Hand-delivery to: Ballerina-
Latdia, 402 Delfi Orchard ,#01-08, Singapore, Mon to Sat ,11.30am to 7.00pm (Closed on
Sundays and Public Holidays)

Entries that have won prizes in other competitions or have been used in anyway before will be
disqualified.

Participants must own sole rights to the designs submitted.

Jane's Secrets will not be responsible for any lost or damaged entries.

Jane's Secrets reserves the right to alter or make amendments to the logo designs of the winning entries if it
deems fit for adoption as the official logo. All winning entries become the sole property of Jane's Secrets who also
reserves the right to use them in any manner deemed fit ,without payment of any fee. All entries will not be
returned.

Please give a brief explanation of your design philosophy in the Entry Form below.

Closing Date: 31 Aug 2005, 6pm.

Winning entries shall be notified by post.
