Melange
This second solo exhibition by Linda Gouw brings a blend of Asian and European influences to create vibrant contemporary art forms. Linda conveys emotion by cultivating awareness and appreciation of fine art through her work. The exhibition will encourage young professionals as well as serious collectors to experience the compelling mixture of east and west.
Educated in Europe and widely travelled, the Singapore born artist works primarily in oils, drawing her inspiration from backgrounds as diverse as Bali, Great Britain, France and New Zealand.
Highlights of the exhibition include a guided walk through Chinatown on 29 November and a pre-launch reception on Thursday 13 November 2003 from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.
A percentage of the sale proceeds will be donated to The Salvation Army.
