Wong Kian Ping

Born 1932

 

He graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and further studied Ceramic and Design in Japan. He was a Specialist Inspector of School in the Ministry of Education for 25 years and winner of the Tan Tze Chor Art Award.

Kian Ping is a oil painter and calligrapher. He paints mainly in oils and occasionally in acrylics. He has been actively participating in many local arts activities, such as the Singapore Art Society Annual Art Exhibition and the Society of Chinese Artists Annual Art Exhibition.
