Three artists, Jezlyn Tan, Angie Seah and Lim Shing Ee, come together for the very first time in this exhibition entitled, 'dot' which features mainly sculptural objects.

'dot' is an experiential showcase that explores the whimsical, poetic, animalistic, aesthetic, absurd, even psychotic nature of our everyday perspectives and associations we create in our minds as we live our urban life.

The word, 'dot' could be read as marking the 'beginning' of a process, as in 'dot' to 'line' and subsequently to 'plane'. It may seem merely a tiny mark on infinite space, but it has no doubt a giant potential to grow in its significance over that space it occupies. In 'dot' the artists attempts processes that seem slightly unfamiliar to their usual way of making. It is a process to explore and initiate, not only more inspiring projects to happen, but also tap new energies within themselves to achieve greater unexpected outcomes.
