Gog Sin Hooi

1933-1994

Gog Sing Hooi is one of founding member of the Singapore Watercolour Society. He had influenced many watercolourists with his technical excellence in transparent watercolour painting. His determination and strict adherence to a single medium had stretched his mastery over watercolour, and this is reflected in his paintings. His works had been exhibited in New York, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and other Asean countries.

As a recognized landscape artist, he was encouraging and supportive of young members in to the Singapore Watercolour Society.
