Dana Lam

Dana Lam is the recipient of the Studio 106 Residency Award 2003, LASALLE-SIA College of the Arts. She has participated in exhibitions and conferences, including Women About Women 1998 and Nokia Singapore Art 2001, Singapore Art Museum; and New Visions and Perspectives for Women & Men, A Gender Agenda: Asia-Europe Dialogue, Kazusa Akademia Park, Chiba, Japan, 2001. Dana Lam is also a journalist, a published writer and held position as the immediate past President of the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE). Her engagement in art-making is an extension of the processes of parenting and self-questioning. This searching first led her to Feminist knowledge and activism.
