Chinhong taught a Tier II undergraduate class, CA 117: Introduction to Fine Arts. She introduced students of non-art major to five different art forms (Painting, Sculpture, Architecture, Literature, and Music) using a four-step critical method as an analysis tool to help students establish an artistic relationship between two art forms.

Chinhong initiated and conceptualized an educational program for high school and middle school students on the appreciation of outdoor sculptures in Singapore. The project includes an educational video, an educational package, and a guided tour on appreciation of outdoor sculpture around the city.

Chinhong co-worked with staff from the National Arts Council on a retrospective Chinese calligraphy exhibition for a pioneer Chinese calligrapher, Pan Shou, resided in Singapore. She also worked on general exhibition planning, researched on the modern art in Thailand.
