Deriving Spaces

NOKIA SINGAPORE ART 2001- PLASTIQUE KINETIC WORMS

Deriving Spaces promises to be an exciting showcase of art works in unusual spaces in the heart of Chinatown,  adding  a twist to the terms "street culture" and "cultural tourism". The   curators  (Vincent  Leow,  Lim  Kok  Boon)   hope   to  reconcile   contemporary  art  practices  with  a  wider  audience,  and  include  art  that works within the socio- historical sites surrounding PKW gallery.

A map and information of the placement of each artwork along South Bridge road may be obtained from the gallery. These various exhibits will run from 30 Nov- 16 Dec 2001.
